Can you please explain the difference between these and which one is prevailing wage and what the other one means? Also I see wage rate mentioned in I129S too? Can you please let me know what does that define? is the actual base pay being offered by my employer mentioned anywhere in petition(irrespective of what the prevailing wage is)?
