H4 extension, H4 EAD filling with H1 extension on approved I 140

Hi,

I recently got my I-140 approved and my employer is filing for an extension on my H1 as it expires in May 2017. However, I'll be responsible for applying for an H4 extension for my wife . My question is :

1. Can I apply for H4 extension whilst my H1 petition is pending Or should I wait until my H1 extension petition is approved?

2. If I file for H4 EAD for my wife based of my approved I-140, will the validity of the EAD be same as the extension I'll be receiving on my H1 once it's approved.

3. Can I file the H4 and H4 EAD at the same time with  pending I 129.

1. Wait till it is approved. Apply in premium so that you will have enough time for applying H-4.

Once you receive your H-1 then you can apply for H-4 and H-4 EAD together.
