H1b Transfer while extension not approved and i94 expired

Hi,

My current h1 expired on august 2016. Extention applied in june but as the processing takes long time for extention approval (around 10 months) now days compared to previous process of 3 months max. Is there any scope.I have good offer from new employer who has yet to file transfer but my current employer h1b is expired.What are possible scenario if my current employer revoke my visa.Please guide

Is not this kind of  unfair  thing to keep stick to employer despite of several issues just bcoz of delay in approval process.There must be some middle path with this new scenario.10 months are too much compared to 3 months.

There is a premium option always. You can spend more and get your extension approved in 2 weeks rather than waiting for 10 months.
