akm6270 Posted December 4, 2016 Report Share Posted December 4, 2016 During the H4 visa interview process, VO was asking if they want to work in US on H4 and the answer to that question they are saying no and they got the visa approved. But now its legal and valid to work in USA on H4 after H4 EAD rule has been passed. Can someone clarify what would be the answer that we need to provide. Link to comment
