Do i need to list all my employer info in DS160 form for past 5 years?

Hi,

I am currently in H1B visa since Oct, before that i was in my OPT extension period. I plan to travel to India to have my visa stamping.

 

DS-160 form requires me to list all my employer's in past 5 years. I was employed in a company for less than 3 weeks during my OPT period, after which i moved to a different company. Do i need to specify this 3 week employment information in that form? or can i ignore it? whether specifying it will affect my H1B approval?

You need to mention all the employment history for last 5 years even if it was for a single day.
