agcseeker Posted December 3, 2016 Report Share Posted December 3, 2016 My employer had filed for I140 through an attorney and it got approved. I have the WAC# but the petition with employer. Now, my employer is asking me to wait for 3 more years for filing I485. Is there a way I can file 485 myself? Are there anydocuments needed from employer for filing 485? Please advise Link to comment
