gauthamss Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 Hi, My Priority Date is July 4 2014 filed by Employer A . My I-140 approved date is May 13 2015 which was filed by Employer A. I joined Employer B in August 2016. Questions 1. Will Employer B have to start my Labor Certification process again ? 2. As per the new rule, I assume Employer A cannot revoke my I-140. Thanks
JoeF Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 Employer B would have to start the process from scratch, with the LC. You can reuse the PD from the old I-140.
