Krishna1681 Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 I have a Question regarding 140 and GreenCard processing. My employer said that he would cancel/revoke my 140 after 2 or 3 months. Will it impact my Priority date and my wife's H4 EAD if he revokes my 140 ?
