Final Regulation for High Skilled Workers

Hello,

As per the new final regulation published on murthy's forum (https://www.murthy.com/2016/11/23/overview-of-final-regulation-for-high-skilled-workers/)  that goes into affect on Jan 17, 2017, I have couple of questions regarding the same.

I have i-140 approved petition with my current employer and wife working on h4 ead and my H1b is valid till 2019.

1. If I plan to change the job and my wife revokes my i-140 (there will be no fraud or misrepresentation) will my wife H4 EAD will be valid till 2019?

or

2. Does my wife has to quit the job and wait till my new employer files my gc and wait till i-140 is apprved so she can apply for EAD?

You mean, if your employer revokes your I-140 not your wife right ?
