Stamping 3 months before visa max out

Hello all,

If my visa is maxing out on July 20th 2017(end of 6 years) and if I have to travel to India during April, will there be any risk in getting the stamping? Labor has been filed already for green card and there is a chance of getting I140 within that time. But not the H1b extension. Kindly let me know is it safe to travel during that time.

No issues as long as you have all the supporting docs. Duration does not matter.
