H1 Transfer Issue

Hi,

Hope you are doing good!!

I have a question regarding H1 transfer.

If a person working for employer A and got an offer (offer has been signed, but still working for employer A) from company B who filed H1 transfer which is approved. Now he/she wanted to go to home country before leaving company A and joining company B. Since his/her case is approved for employer B and he signed the offer, Will he/her not be able to come back to the US with existing H1 which is valid until 21st, Oct 2017(i.e.,employer A )

Further details, his/her Visa valid until Oct 2017.

Much appreciated your help/assistance in this regard.

The person can come back with existing H-1. No issues. But he /she needs to have a project in hand or else will face trouble at port of entry.
