H1 Transfer - URGENT

Hi Team,

Can i transfer my H1b from  employer A to employer B ? Any chances of rejection from USICS ? I have not travelled from employer A, so can employer raise an objection to stop my transfer to USICS?

I have got my visa stamped from Company A and have copies of all the documents and originals.

You can transfer to any employer from employer A as long as you have your approved I797 with employer A.

Not sure what you mean by "I have not traveled from employer A".  How and where you travel does not matter.

Hi Thanks for the updates . 

The reason i stated "I have not travelled from employer A" was that , goto from few out here in India, that the current employer can raise a rejection during the transfer process. 

Can you pls let me know , "Are there any chances the current employer can raise objections on the transfer initiated by company B"
