Salman
I am filing petition for my parent's green card and I realized that I have to attach their marriage certificate. I received my parent's marriage certificate and noticed some problems. (1) It doesn't have their date of births (2) It shows that when they were married their ages were 30 and 21 (it should have been 29 and 24). Other than that, their name and other information is correct. Should I go ahead and attach it or should I go about changing the information (it will take a lot of time to get it corrected)? Does USCIS realizes that record-keeping in India and other parts of the world was very fluid in 1970s?Any suggestions? Please let me know. Thanks! Link to comment
pontevecchio
You cannot get it corrected. They are very much aware of the situation. This is why I would suggest letting a lawyer deal with the matter. Link to comment
