Can I get H1B stamping in Canada? No dates in India.

Hi friends, I am planning to go to India in January but it seems there are no dates available in the consulate (Hyderabad, India) for January. So I thought if I can go to Canada and get my stamping done I will be free to go India whenever.

I am asking this because going to India in January is really important for me. Please help. Thanks.
