New rule - Employer changes, H1B Extension without filing new GC on approved I-140

I have completed 6 years on H1B and also 180+ days on approved I140 from my employer A -

1. Can I use this I140 to change job to the new employer B and get multiple extensions thereafter if (new employer B) does NOT file or gets rejection for my GC application

2. Can I use this I-140 to change multiple employers B to C to D if my new employer B/C/D does not file for GC(labor/I140)
