H1B transfer by multiple new Companies

I am current working on H1b for a company X.

Visa Transfer has been initiated by company Y in premium this monday. My plans were to join them after 2 weeks on notice period upon approval.

Now I got another offer from a much better company Z (i applied here earlier than company Y, they just made an offer) and they will file the transfer by end of next week.

Does this put me into any legal trouble if I dont join company Y after approval of transfer? I sent them acceptance of offer letter via email that i will join them post 2 weeks notice period.

I did not personally planned to pursue other options after accepting offer form company Y, but the company Z is really the one I wish to join now.
