Can H4 and H4 EAD be filed parallely?

I am currently working on H1B visa and I have I-140 approved.. Next month, I am getting married in India. After I receive marriage certificate, is it possible to file both H4 visa and H4 EAD application for my wife? or first I have to file H4 for my wife and then only I can apply for H4 EAD?

Is there any different list of documents for H4 EAD?

Please suggest.
