I am currently on H1 visa with employer A with my visa stamped on my passport with validity (I-94) till Sept 2018. 2. I have an offer from company B and they filed a H1 which got approved and with validity from Nov 10, 2016. 3. I am planning to travel outside of USA from Nov 25, 2016 and will return back to USA on Dec 12, 2016 while still being employed by Employer A. I plan to work with Employer upon return for a few weeks before switching to Employer B in Jan 2017. 4. Is there any problem with this arrangement? Will Employer B's petition become void upon return?
