H1B Transfer stamping

Hi , I Came to US through H1b in Dec 2014 for company A and moved from company A to B and then to C in the past two years. Now going to india to get a stamping. Couple of questions I have. 1)Do I need to take my Old -LCA for visa interview? 2) Is there any chance that change of employers twice would affect the visa stamping approval?

1) you dont need ur old LCA. You will need ur current LCA that was used for you H1 Application with Company C

2) U did switch companies as you were looking for carrier growth and that shud be totally fine.
