H1B Visa Stamping Question

Hi as of now i am working on H1B in US for last 30 months to get into more details i want to give a brief back ground of my case.

1) Earlier i had B1/B2 Visa with another Organization and due to compliance call with my organization they revoked my B1/B2 Visa with 214(B)
2)Then i moved out the organization and joined a new organization and they filed my H1B, then while i went to H1B interview in DS160 application there is a section with question is any time your Visa got revoked or Cancelled which i filled Yes, so they saw my application and after nearly 2 months they approved my H1B, this is not ended.
3)Then when i flew to US at port of entry they said your application had a red mark and they asked to move out of line and took me to No-entry zone they validated few things and asked me few questions and then said Welcome to US.

So now my question is now i need to go to India is it good to go? Also i need to file my extension and go for Visa stamping so how should i fill DS160 form ??

You are good. But you need to fill the same info in DS-160 as you did previously.
