H1 B Visa Stamping required

Hi ,

• I worked for Employer A and was laid off and revoked my H1 B. Then I  transfered to Employer B , got my H1 B approved and I 94 was same as  old one
• With my Employer A  have valid visa stamped in Passport until march 2018 . 
• I am plannning to travel to India.
• Do I need to get Visa stamped again since H1 B transfered to New employer and old employer revoked my old H1B?.

You are allowed to travel back using the visa stamp for employer A as long as you carry an approved I 797 from employer B when you re-enter and are genuinely employed by the company.

Maybe a tad late. But yes, you can use that visa.
