H4 EAD - When H1B spouse change employer

I am working on H1B visa valid until June 2019 with my current employer. My spouse have H4 EAD on the basis of his approved I140 from current employer. 
H4 EAD eligibility is till June 2019. 
I am thinking to change employer to move to FullTime.Future employer able to process my  Green card after 6-months
 
We need to confirm below:
 
1) Changing employer will not affect Current H4 EAD validity and EAD will be effective till 2019 ?
 
2) Its been more than 6 -months my I-140 got approved.Will it be possible if current employer revokes I140 after 6-months?

3)What if my future employer H1B validity is less than current validity?Do I have to re-file the H4-EAD?

Really appreciate if you please throw some light on the above questions.

1. Will not affect EAD.

2. That rule will be effective Jan 2017.
