While doing job search I have got opportunities with 2 other employers and they have started H1B transfer process. My Question is -If I continue with my current employer and go to India Next Month. Will there be any issue while returning to the US at Port of Entry? As I would not be carrying I-797 of my future employers whom I am not going to join. Link to comment
