While doing job search I have got opportunities with 2 other employers and they have started H1B transfer process. My Question is -If I continue with my current employer and go to India Next Month. Will there be any issue while returning to the US at Port of Entry? As I would not be carrying I-797 of my future employers whom I am not going to join.
Reddi Posted November 21, 2016 Report Posted November 21, 2016 No issues until unless you joined and start with new employer. anyway POE they might be ask you pay-stubs , I-797 for your current employer. Be-careful while showing the documents.
