RajPaul
Hi, I am holding h1b visa from employer A which is valid for another one year. I left employer A few months back and now I am currently working for employer B. My wife has h4 stamping from employer A. We recently had a baby in India and now I am planning to get her h4 done. Since me and my wife already have h1/h4 visa stamping from my previous employer, we don't need new visa stamping to enter US. Now my question is, Is there any issue to apply for my daughter's h4 visa with my new 1797 approval and old employer visa stamping? Is this better to apply visa for all of us together with new approval notice? Link to comment
