new1024 Posted November 19, 2016 Report Posted November 19, 2016 My i140 with employer A got approved recently and after that i transferred my h1 and moved to new employer . now when i check my i140 status on uscis website its showing that it was revoked and we mailed you the reason. i asked employer A and he says he never contacted uscis for revocation of 140 although he revoked my old h1. my Questions are 1. I applied H4 ead for my spouse . will it be rejected? 2. How to know the reason for revocation. will i be able to renew my h1 beyond 6 years based on this revoked i140 in future if my current employer delays GC process?
ravichhatwani Posted November 23, 2016 Report Posted November 23, 2016 Even I have the same case I am seeing my I 140 revoked and there is an event stating "We automatically revoked your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker" what it means my employer revoked my I 140 or USCIS please help me to find out this.
JoeF Posted November 23, 2016 Report Posted November 23, 2016 With a revoked I-140, an H4 EAD is not possible.

Contact your previous employer and ask if he sent withdrawal notice to uscis . he might have sent withdrawal notice to uscis after you left the company and uscis might have revoked it. this is what happened in my case.
