H1B RFE Denied, Need help understanding MTR options.

Hello Everyone,

My H1B RFE got denied, requires more client-employer information. My understanding is I can work till my OPT expires and My employer has 30 days from the RFE rejection apply for MTR. Need some advice here..

1) What more information we should put for current client to make case stronger?

2) Can I file MTR with a new client information?  (change clients)

3) Any bad impact for next year H1B if my MTR gets a reject?

Any other feedback will be very helpful.

Having a new client is a reason for denial. The employer stated that you would work for the original client.

MTRs are generally a waste of time and money.

Next year, find a better employer.

1. client letter or MSA or SOW any of these documents.

2. yes you can apply with new client also.

3. No matter and won;t impact for anything,
