Can she stay in United states beyond Dec 31st, even though she does not the get the response from USICS on her case ? If yes, how long can she stay in US waiting for the response ? Please advise.
Suyamba Posted December 13, 2016 Report Posted December 13, 2016 She can stay up to 240 days after I-94 expiry date if she has receipt notice number for H4 extension.
