DKV Posted November 18, 2016 Report Posted November 18, 2016 Hi, I got to know this forum through my friend thought you could clear my question. In 2007: I got my first H1B stamped but didn't use it. In 2010: I got my H1B extended and had been to US for six months project and returned to India again I got another project for 10 months in 2011 returned to India. I left the company. My Visa got expired in 2013. Question is that: Am I still under the H1B cap exempt or do you have to go through the Lottery process? If I get a job offer should I go through lottery process or can just get my H1B extended registered to the new company. Let me know! Thanks!
