MohanaPriya
Hi, My husband was in Usa from June 2014 to oct 2016 . He was in h4 visa from June 2014 to June 2016. He changed h4 to f1 in usa. He was in f1 from July 2016 to oct 2016 .He completed 6 papers in h4 and 4 in f1. He went to india on oct 2016 for f1 stamping . He appeared twice ( oct 25 2016, nov 16 2016)and rejected both under 214 b . His h4 expired on June 2016 . We are afraid to go for f1 stamping again and planning for h4. Will f1 refusal impact h4? Can we schedule h4 stamping appointment immediately? I have 5 months kid and working in usa . It is difficult to manage alone without his support . Kindly help us on the question. Thanks. pontevecchio
Yes. The only criterion for his H4 visa is the INTEGRITY of your H1 status, in the absence of fraud. Link to comment
