H4 Stamping without H1 is Stamped for Primary Applicant

HI -

 

I have a Query related to the H4 Stamping of my wife. The Situation is as follows.

My Wife and I have the Visa Stamped from the one of the IT Firms 'A' in 2014 , After that i have changed my Job and Joined a New IT company 'B' and my wife also applied for a H1-B Visa through a Different Company 'C' which was approved starting from 2015 September. She worked for the company for few months and transferred the Visa back to Dependent H4 visa under the Primary applicant me for the company 'B'  . In this course of time neither me nor her traveled back to India for Stamping of the respective Visas. Currently we both have the Approved Visa's\Documents for H1-B (me) and my wife (H-4).

 

Can my wife go alone to India and Stamped her Visa . Or is it required for me to go along with her as the Primary applicant H1-B visa is not stamped.
