I have come to US very recently and my work location is changed after 1 month from my office to client location. this requires a new LCA and/or amendment. The terms and condition shows that a new amendment will take 15-17 business week to process if I go through normal process. My project will not approve the premium amendment as it requires more money but less time. My question is, is it possible that I can visit India for short period of time while this new amendment process is still WIP? My marriage is fixed and I have to go to India in last week of January'17 for 2 weeks. Please let me know what should be done in this case. A lot of thanks in advance! Regards, Payal
