kumarss9
Team, I'm on L1A & My I-94 expiry date is April 26, 2017. I max out my stay in the US (7 years) by July 31, 2017. Interestingly, I have my L1A Visa stamp till 2020. If I leave to India by March 2017 and come back to the US on the SAME L1A visa in April 2018 (after 365 days cool off time), how much time will I have? is it 4 months or 7 years? Please advice. Thanks a lot in advance. Link to comment
pontevecchio
You would do better to involve your Office as they will first have to file a new L1 petition for you after one year out while you are working in a suitable position for them. You may also need a new visa stamp. Link to comment
r.mahi11
Your new L1A visa (if you got applied in April 2018) then the valid term is as usual 7 years not 4 months. Link to comment
