knilesh26 Posted November 15, 2016 Report Posted November 15, 2016 Hi All, I have a valid H1 till Jan 2017. My spouse has I-140 approved. I am planning to go to Vancouver for H4 stamping in Dec 2016. I have a question about the H4 stamping at Vancouver, Canada. 1. At Vancouver, if the H4 stamping case resulted into "Admin Processing", Do I need to stay/wait there in Vancouver till the case is cleared OR I can fly back to my home country (India) and re-apply for H4 stamping in India? Appreciate, your answers and expert comments. Thanks.
