Raghu1983 Posted November 15, 2016 Report Posted November 15, 2016 I have H-1B visa stamped for Employer A and Stayed in US for 2 years and Came Back India and working for same employer. - Petition/H-1B VISA got expired on December 2015. - Stayed in US for 2 years (Came Back on March 2015) Question is 1) Would i be eligible for Cap Exempt, If My employer apply for H-1B VISA Renewal as i completed only 2 years STAY and have remaining 4 Years. 2) How long it takes for H1B Renewal? how many Months? 3) Is there any restriction that, My employer should do renewal with <?> years after VISA Expiry. Say within 2 years? Thanks in advance
