L1 Extension with L2 and EAD renewal

Hi All,

Can I file EAD renewal along with L2 extension for my spouse. I am on L1 and my spouse is on L2 and EAD, she works for an employer through her EAD. Kindly let me know if it is possible to file together. Since the L1 extensions are taking long time I am worried about her EAD status.

EAD can be applied along with L2 visa/L1 Visa.

if you feel, the process is taking long time, apply through premium processing.

We have processed L1/L2/EAD together through premium processing and we got on 14th day.

My L2 EAD is valid till March 2018 and my husband's company is filling L1B extension now. Looking at the wait times, it takes around 6 months to get the decision. Can I file my L2 EAD renewal now and will it get approved?

Actually, the L1 extension decision takes almost 6 months and we are unable to file it on Premium processing because my spouse employer is not agreeing to it. So, I wanted to understand until the decision is made by USCIS, Can I file my EAD renewal and will it get approved in the meantime so that I do not have to discontinue my job.
