Can i work when my L1B to L1A Conversion Decision is pending

Hi Friends,

My Current i94 on L1B expiring end of this month(Nov). Conversion to L1A applied in Premium and got an RFE now.

L1B max out is Aug next year.

If Conversion to L1A status is pending, can i work after my i94 expiry till we get the decision?

Yes , you are allowed to work until 240 days after your i94 expiry in such a case(decision pending).
