Traveling with GC

Hi,

I received my GC last month and travelling to India soon on a 4 week vacation. My 1-131 is still with USCIS and have not received any updates on it. I've not mentioned DHS/Consulate office information, travel dates on I-131 since I had no travel plans when I was filling the form.

1. Is there any implication if I travel out side USA with out approved 1-131?

2. Is it fine if I have no information like intended travel dates and DHS office details on I-131?

Can you please suggest if there is any precaution that I have to take before or while traveling?

Once you receive the GC, EAD/AP etc. have no meaning. Just move on.
