H4 TO H1B COS APPROVED BUT PAYSLIPS NOT STARTED

Hi 

I am on H1B and my wife came to US on H4 and her employer filed her H1B COS and it got approved on 4th OCT. Her project is not started and will start in couple of weeks. But now my wife need to travel to India due to some health issues. She might return back in FEB 2017 and her employer is ok for that.

1) Will this make any issue if she go to stamping in India as she is on H1B from 4th OCT till 21st NOV without pay?

Please help me on this.
