Which State in Canada is good for Visa Stamping

Hello , 

I recently got my H1 Approved , planning to for a Visa Stamping  to Canada . My H1 is approved as the internal employee of my Company as a HR Manager. Can anyone suggest me which state is Canada is more flexible in Visa Stamping and also it will be very helpful if what is the minimum amount that i can show in CAD through Bank Statement. 

I also want to know if anyone has attended the interview as a HR Manager , if yes , Can you please suggest what kind of questions they might ask
