Can someone please let me know what documents, pertaining to my parents, are needed for filing as evidence. They only have passports and are on visitor visa. I know that I need to submit copies of my USC and Birth Certificate for I-130. ANy help is appreciated. Thanks!
pontevecchio Posted November 12, 2016 Report Posted November 12, 2016 If the birth certificate for you is not specific they will ask for DNA testing to approve the I-130. For AOS they will need their birth and marriage certificates. In a TRUMP World please involve the firm of Murthy or any of your choice SOON and let them tell you what is relevant and let them file.
