USMIG
I have been working in senior managerial capacity with my current employer for the last three years and they want to now file my L1A visa with an L2 for my husband, how soon can they file my green card under L1A scheme? Can a Green card under L1A visa be filed individually, if yes what role does an employer have in this? What is the fees if filed independently and timelines. Can my husband employed under L2 visa, apply for H1B visa while he is in the USA. Can I apply for HIB on my own while being in the USA under L1A Link to comment

JoeF
There are some employment-based categories that don't require a Labor Certification. If you qualify depends on a lot of things. You would have to check with an immigration lawyer. An H1 is ALWAYS filed by an employer. Link to comment
