Denial of Form I-129 twice

Hi,

I have applied the H1B in 2015 quota.my employer said like lottery got picked.they have

provided one case number to check the status in the USCIS portal.After that I have observed the status like

my form Form I-129 got denied(on January 6, 2016 ).My employer said that they are applied the Motion Petition(MTR).

after that again some status got changed like USCIS is reviewing the case.After that I found the details like

again my Form I-129 got denied(on August 10, 2016 ).These 2 times(denials),My employer is not shared any reason,why it got denied(which is shared by USCIS with them). .I have requested them with so many mails.But no reply on this.Please anyone help on this.What I have to do to get my case got approved?

Thanks for the reply.May I reach any other employer with my current status?

What are the doc's/things I need to carry to reach other employer?.Could you suggest me any one in your 

notice.From my side all the documents and information is 100% correct(education,profession exp etc).

Please help on this.
