H4 EAD eligibility is till dec 2017. I am thinking to change employer to move to FullTime. We need to confirm below: 1) changing employer will not affect Current H4 EAD validity and EAD will be effective till next year ? 2) What if my current employer revokes i140? 2) if current employer keeps my I140 active, can I use it to extend H4 EAD with my h1 being with different (future) employer and I140 (current ) from different employer? In case I don't have approved I140 from my future employer in time 4) Are there any better options to retain EAD ? JoeF Posted November 11, 2016 Report Posted November 11, 2016 Hmm, your post is very confused. You either have an H1 or an H4 (possibly with EAD). Both together are not possible. Please clarify.
