MoN Posted November 10, 2016 Report Posted November 10, 2016 I have my approved (Extension + Amendment)petition for my previous location which is valid till July 2017(My H1b 6yrs max out time ends by July 2017) My current location (Location B) Amendment is in progress now. I entered in US in Jul 2011 & I never travelled back since than.(I must go for stamping now) I have plans of travelling to India on Nov 17th and interview scheduled on Nov 20th & 21st at Chennai consulate. Can you advise me if I am good to go for stamping with the previous location approved petition and the current locations RECIEPT NOTICE & LCA copy? Note : Both Locations I worked for the same employer but the clients are different.
