Can I get visa stamp from London?

Hi

i have been in US for the past 5 years. Initially moved here on a student visa and recently got my H1B. 

I am visiting some relatives in London. Can I get my H1B stamping in the US Consulate in London? If yes, how time consuming is the process?

@Venky210 Did you eventually get your stamping done? I'm also planning to go to London for a holiday and get it stamped then, but am unsure of the process.
