Direct Hire on OPT

Iam currently on 12-months OPT and also eligible for 24 month opt extension. 

Is it allowed to join the client on direct permanent role on opt? Does the client has eligibility to induct the employee on direct role from contract when the employee is on OPT??

Please advise.

Of course you can get a direct job with a client. For OPT extension, the company has to be e-verified.
