H1+H4+H4 EAD filing

Hi,

I am filing my H1B+H4+H4 EAD concurrently. Facing issue with following questions in I-765 and I-539. Would really appreciate you help with these.

 

I-765

1) Question 18 on I-765 asks for receipt of form I 797 (H1B of spouse).

    Q : As I am planning to file H1B extension along with this form, should I be mentioning my old and currently expiring receipt number or should be writing up something like "Concurrent filing"?

2) Question 15:  My wife has currently H4 EAD so should current immigration status be "H4" or "H4 EAD"?

 

I-539

1)  Question 3: " Are you or any other person included on the application, an applicant for immigration visa"

 Q: As its my wife's H4 extension and my I 140 is approved, should I be writing "Yes" to this question?

2) Question 4: " Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or any other person included in this application"

 Q: As its my wife's H4 extension and my I 140 is approved, should I be writing "Yes" to this question?

3) Part 3: Information processing - Just confused which option to select. Please advice.
