GMRAO Posted November 8, 2016 Report Share Posted November 8, 2016 Hi, I am working for company A: I got my H1B approved in Dec 2015 while I was in US on L1A and an adjustment of status was filled and currently I am on H1b. I have received an offer from Company B, for which I have not transferred my H1B yet, but I am traveling to India for personal reason My question is I will be traveling to India (Bangalore) for the first time after approval of my H1B, and I got good deal to travel via Frankfurt to bangalore. will I require a transit visa in Germany? What documentation should I carry along? Should I get the H1B transferred in premium processing before getting H1b stamping from my new employer or get the visa stamped with my current employer?
