Wife wishes to travel to India with my current I797 A form valid till 2019. She plans to return by end of December. At port of entry, What if she had got stamping with current company's I797 and i might have started h1 transfer/may have joined new company. Will she still be okay to enter USA ? No probs at Port of entry?
