H1B Stamp in Canada while asylum pending?

I came here on B2 (tourist visa) and filed for asylum before the 6 months i was given expired. Now asylum is pending and a University is willing to sponsor and H1b for me. Questions:

1. I cannot go back to my country, can I got to Canada and get a stamp?

2. Do I need Advance Parole or I can come back with H1b stamp?

3. Will they give me visa for that?
